Second Coming was sorta the last hurrah of California hardcore punk - most things that came after tended towards jock metal. But this album was BATS at their best: fast, ferocious and still punk. The record includes fan favorites like "My Mind's Diseased," "Right or Wrong" and the title track, plus a blazing version of Motörhead's classic "Ace Of Spades" (when you make a notoriously heavy/speedy song even heavier and speedier, you know you're doin' somethin' right).
