A large package from Probe Records just arrived, a big box stuffed with restocks of the label's Hickey-related material and the latest Probe releases...and some patented Probe homemade porn pics. Included among the new stuff is this limited edition picture disc from Chicago's own Screeching Weasel. This being on Probe, the pictures on the disc are photographs of a naked girlie, of course.
Aaron from The Probe asked the Weasel Crew about putting out a split EP on his label. Ben Weasel replied that Hickey was the only Probe band considered Weasel-worthy. Hickey had already broken up and *said* they didn't have any unreleased material to contribute. So, what you end up with is Screeching Weasel renditions of three old school punk songs...and you'll have to check out the Worse Than Alternative CD if you wanna hear the last ever new Hickey song you'll ever hear.
